CAQH has grown substantially over recent years with the launch of several new initiatives. To accommodate this growth, CAQH is moving into new office space.
Effective May 19, 2014, the CAQH address, phone and fax numbers are changing.
The CAQH website, email addresses, and Help Desk phone numbers will not change. Please update your CAQH contact records. CAQH will maintain regular business hours during this transition and no disruption in service is anticipated.
NOTE: These changes relate to CAQH and staff supporting all CAQH initiatives, including the CAQH Committee on Operating Rules for Information Exchange (CORE), the Universal Provider Datasource (UPD), COB Smart, the CAQH EFT and ERA enrollment tool, and the U.S. Healthcare Efficiency Index.
